The experts have the floor

Here we give the floor to some of our expert judges! They will tell the audience how they regard Finnish food craftsmanship today from their own perspectives, as well as giving general reflections from the competition assessment. They will give their opinion on how they look at development within the branch, and what can be done to develop the industry in their area. They will also consider "best practices" - some good examples that they think may serve as an inspiration for food producers. Perhaps you will leave with concrete suggestions for new products or product development!
