Pre-task

The pre-task will test your skills in automation technology. Deadline for uploading the pre-task in the online application form is 26 January 2022 at 3 pm Finnish time.

Open the pre-task link and choose and complete two of the three tasks. Submit your answer in pdf by uploading it in the online application form.

Pre-tasks uploaded after the deadline will not be considered. The pre-task will be rated using the scale 0-5. An approved pre-task must be graded 2 or higher. Only eligible applicants with an approved pre-task will be invited to the entrance examination.

Entrance Examination

The entrance examination will be held in the form of an e-interview during 7-11 March 2022. The exact time of the e-interview will be included in the invitation e-mail. Eligible applicants with an approved pre-task will be invited to the e-interview. Your CV must be uploaded in the online application prior to the e-interview.

Assessment criteria for the interview are:

• Relevant background and working experience
• Skills in English
• Interest in and dedication to the subject
• Personal contribution to the study group
• Personal career development

If you do not participate in the e-interview you cannot be admitted. The pre-task and e-interview can give you a maximum of 100 points in total. You must obtain at least 20/100 points to be admitted. Both the pre-task and e-interview must be passed in order to be considered for admission.

In cases of equal admission scores, applicants will be automatically ranked by lots drawn by a computer system.
