Novia UAS - New Road, New Opportunities
Novia University of Applied Sciences has about 5000 students and a staff of about 350 people. Novia UAS offers high quality education and is NCU audited. The college listens to its students and genuinely cares about its students and their learning. Novia UAS has strong involvement among teachers and the college has a great impact in the community. The RDI operations at Novia UAS provides the basis for development.
The main task of the University of Applied Sciences at Åbo Akademi University is to manage and maintain Novia UAS. On 1st August 2008, Novia UAS was formed by bringing together the Swedish University of Applied Sciences and the University of Applied Sciences Southwest. Novia UAS has educational activities along the coast of Finland in the cities of Vaasa, Turku, Raasepori and Pietarsaari.
