CoastGIS 2021 - Call for Abstracts is open until April 15

The 14th Coastal GIS Symposium (Sustainable Coastal Planning in a Changing World)  for an international exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experience on how spatial data and information technologies aid marine and coastal zone managers and stakeholders in better understanding and managing coastal space and resources.

The theme "Sustainable Coastal Planning in a Changing World" refers to the challenges faced worldwide in light of sustainable development. Emphasis will be on cooperation in spatial planning between countries. The symposium aims to address recent challenges in managing our coastlines effectively and sustainably.  In-person symposium attendance will be limited to 100 delegates. Online attendance will also be limited to 100 delegates, for a total symposium participation of 200 delegates. Priority for registration will be given to those who wish to give a presentation at the symposium and submit an abstract accordingly.

Abstract submission for oral and poster presentations is open until April 15. We also welcome suggestions for panel sessions!

Important Dates

Individuals and organisations are invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations.
