Welcome to the thesis presentation by Master student Felicia Lindblom, Master of Business Administration in Digital Business and Management. The title of the thesis is "Organizational Change Impact on Employees Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Employee Engagement"

In this master thesis she has examined the employees at a case company that is undergoing transformational changes. The goal with this master thesis is to find out if the changes have affected the employees’ work motivation, organizational commitment, and employee engagement.

The theoretical framework in this master thesis is work motivation, self determination theory (SDT), three component model of commitment (TCM), employee engagement, and the SDT and TCM model of employee engagement. She has used quantitative research method to collect the primary data in form of employee questionnaire.

The result from the primary data showed that most of the employees experienced introjected regulation and intrinsic motivation as motivational factors, affective commitment towards the company, and full engagement. The conclusion is that the employees have not experienced that the changes have affected their work motivation, organizational commitment, and employee engagement negatively. The result from the empirical findings, discussion of the findings, and the conclusion of the research will be more closely presented.
