Student Services
Student Services will help you with various student-related matters. If you are enrolled as a student at Novia UAS, you will primarily find information about various student-related matters on the intranet (requires login).

Student Services Front Office
Front Office service desks are located at every campus and you can contact any office in matters regarding:
- documents from the study register
- the use of Peppi
- schedules
- application for degree certificates
- Information about the practical application of the Degree Regulations, such as extended duration of study and legal matters
In addition, if you do not know where to turn to, or whom to talk to, regarding other student-related matters, you can always contact the Front Office and we will sign post you to the correct place.

Student Counselling at Novia UAS
The Student Counsellors support Novia UAS students in their studies. Novia UAS students can turn to the Student Counsellors when they feel the need to talk to someone (for example, about their study ability).
The main tasks of the Student Counsellors are:
- individual or group counselling regarding study ability
- follow-up of individual study plans
- accessibility plans for students with special needs
Education Administration and Education Services
The Education Administration and Education Services is responsible for the study register, coordination of processes within student affairs, matters regarding student financial aid, as well as other services for students. Within their area of responsibility, decisions in student-related matters are prepared for the UAS Board, the President, and Deans. Student-related statistics are also gathered and compiled within this area of responsibility. If you have questions about these matters, please contact studentservices@novia.fi
Student Identification
Everyone who studies at Novia UAS needs to have their identity confirmed so that we know our students and can activate the ICT User Account which gives students access to the study register and other services. Generally, students' identity confirmed in the beginning of their studies, as they activate their ICT User Account.
Those who have Finnish online banking codes, or a mobile certificate, you can identify themselves with these. For those who do not have access to these identification methods, the Student Services offers different options for identification: on campus, via Teams meeting, or via a mobile application. You can choose between these options according to what suits you best. You can find the data protection notice for the mobile application here.
