
Eva Holmberg

Eva Holmberg is a Licentiate of Economics and has qualifications as a vocational teacher. She has previously taught subjects related to tourism, research methods, and sustainable development at both bachelor's and master's levels at various universities and colleges in Finland for over 20 years. In recent years, Holmberg has worked on various development projects internationally and in Finland, particularly focusing on pedagogical development, entrepreneurship, and the green transition.

Light in the Dark - Increasing resilience in rural and coastal tourism in the northern Baltic Sea Region by developing off-seasons experiences
Period: 9.8.2023 - 31.1.2027
The project helps small and medium-sized businesses in the tourism industry to create nature-based initiatives during the low season to attract tourists to rural and coastal areas in the northern Baltic Sea region throughout the year.
BSR Go-Abroad

The project develops a plan for micro and small businesses to help them expand their business offerings and enter new markets around the Baltic Sea region.
