Cilla Salo is a senior lecturer in Business Administration and Operations Manager for Drivhuset Novia in Vaasa. She is an expert in business development, entrepreneurship, accounting, and taxation. Salo holds a Master's degree in Accounting and is a qualified vocational teacher. She has extensive experience in national and international taxation in the business world, both in small and large companies.

The main goal of the project is to contribute to generating new business ideas, develop competence in enterprise and entrepreneurship within health and welfare, as well as develop new tools and working methods for entrepreneurship in the Åboland region.

The project aimed to support new entrepreneurs in developing business ideas and entrepreneurship that promote health and welfare, as well as establishing new businesses in rural areas and the archipelago. The project is a pilot project primarily aimed at business-interested individuals with a basic degree in social and healthcare and business administration.
StudENT - En modell för hållbar entreprenörskapsvägledning
Period: 15.8.2022 - 31.12.2024.
The project focused on developing entrepreneurship guidance in higher education. The goal was to develop a working method, a model for guiding students in sustainable entrepreneurship, based on a proven Swedish model.
