Remote working offers great opportunities for rural areas within Ostrobothnia, however, to fully utitise these, systematic work is needed in SMEs, municipalities and in villages.
The project Hållbart distansarbete - Kestävä etätyö aims to support the Ostrobothnian countryside and by extension rural areas in general, to consciously and systematically work towards a vibrant countryside and to increase the degree of flexibility of companies in Ostrobothia,
On competion of the project, municipalities and villages in Ostrobothnia will systematically develop the possibilities of remote working and use this in marketing to potential new residents.
Through the project activies knowledge and the Ostrobothnian small businesses will increase.
Ostrobothnian small businesses, villages and municipalities about the possibilities of telecommuting and how we in Ostrobothnia can work concretely in order to
to utilise the benefits of development for the vitality of the Ostrobothnian countryside.
The project is aimed at small businesses as well as municipalities and villages.
