About the project
The Talents’ Integration Path is a collaborative project for all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Vaasa, aimed at supporting the integration of international degree students. The initiative guides students from their first contact with universities in Vaasa, through their studies, and into the local workforce upon graduation. This project will highlight and promote social services and cultural offerings that foster social and cultural inclusion for international students in the Vaasa region. It will focus on key areas such as language learning, networking, and resilience-building.
The Talents' Integration Path will create a structured pathway for students to integrate into the local community, while also identifying ways that staff HEIs in Vaasa can further support the smooth integration of students into both the academic environment and the local community.
