Content: Innovative Maritime Pedagogies and Competence Training for Kenya TVET (IMPACT for Kenya TVET) is partnership between Novia UAS and Kenya Coast National Polytechnic (KCNP) with aims to elevate TVET and maritime education and training (MET) standards through a mutually beneficial partnership

The partnership has three primary objectives:
(i) to develop the skills of TVET instructors in utilizing digital
tools and innovative pedagogies,
(ii) to enhance the employability of maritime graduates, and
(iii) to explore opportunities for joint Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI) activities.

IMPACT for Kenya TVET will use a dual TVET experiential approach that works to improve maritime instructors' practical skills in addition to preparing maritime graduates for diverse, international, and multicultural work environments.
