About the project
The purpose is to develop a preparatory program at Novia UAS in Swedish for immigrants. The target group is individuals with a secondary education degree or those who already have a higher education degree but need guidance on how to get their previous degree/studies recognized in Finland. Those who need to supplement their previous studies will receive study guidance during the program. A major focus of the program is on improving language skills for the industry in which the participant works/wants to work, and in addition to Swedish, participants will also have courses in Finnish and English as needed.Project goal
Novia UAS aims to develop a preparatory program with a focus on language and guidance. The purpose is to reach individuals who have the potential and motivation to enhance their skills to strengthen their position in the labor market. The program is mainly conducted online so that even those who do not live near Novia campuses can participate.UN's Sustainable Development Goals
