Green Skills Week 2024

Come and discover Green Skills in the Vaasa region! We welcome you to take part in our events and to find out what types of green skills there are in the Vaasa region. During the week you can take part in presentations concerning Green Transition, including company presentations, Circular Economy and Green Technology.

On Wednesday 25th you’ll also have an opportunity to take a guided tour at the Research laboratory Technobothnia and visit the Vaasa region’s own location for space projects; Kvarken Space Center.

All events are free of charge. Please register for your chosen event(s) by 20th September.

Case Companies will introduce Sustainable Business Models. After the presentations students will pitch for the Green Skills Competition.

Green Skills Week is arranged by project Greenovet, European VET Excellence Platform for Green Innovation. Greenovet is a mutual project between the University of Vaasa, Novia University of Applied Sciences, Vamia and Merinova.
