Finnish Championship in Food Craftmanship

Finland holds the Presidency of the Nordic Council of Ministers in 2016. During Finland's presidency many events in the food sector are being organised, the largest of which is the food craftsmanship competition. The Finnish Championship in Food Craftsmanship is open to participants from Finland and Nordic countries and takes place at Novia University of Applied Sciences in Ekenäs, Raseborg, Finland from 10-13.10.2016. The competition is organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the team from Novia's Food of the Coast project.

During the competition several mini-seminars, discussions and visits related to food and food artisanship will be organised. The competition is supported by the Nordic Council of Ministers.
