Welcome to Global Village Seminar at Novia campus in Vaasa Monday 20.3!

The faculty of business organizes the event Global Village at campus in Vasa Monday 20 March. It is an international event with seminars, activities, and expositions. The business students have an active role in the event and Novia welcomes everyone and visitors from Indonesia. The visitors are Novia’s Indonesian collaboration project partner, University of Lambung Mangkurat in Banjarmasin. The collaboration is financed by the Finnish National Agency for Education, within the framework of the Team Finland Knowledge programme.

Place: The Square and auditorium in Alere, Wolffintie 31

11.30-12.30:   Open house at Språkkliniken, poster presentations by students at ”Global Village” in Alere.

Seminars in the auditorium:

12.30-12.35: Welcome remarks by Örjan Andersson, President of Novia UAS

12.35-13.15:    Lecture in the auditorium

Joakim Strand, member of parliament and chairman of city council in Vaasa:  ”Internationalization and Energy Business”

13.15-14.00:    Lecture in the auditorium

H.E. Mrs. Ratu Silvy Gayatri, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Republic of Finland and accredited to Republic of Estonia: “Business Opportunities in Indonesia”

14.00-14.05:   Closing remarks by Camilla Ekman. Dean, Faculty of Business of Novia UAS
