WP1 - Project management
Novia University of Applied Sciences is the lead partner and responsible for managing the project. The project implementation and progress evaluation is executed by a steering committee, composed of one representative from each project partner and chaired by the project leader.

Main partner contributions:
Novia: Investigation of property owners needs and company services on how to extend the life of already existing buildings and raise the use of renewable materials within buildings. Investigate and discuss new maintenance models with both property owners and companies. Perform an implementation study on modern, digital maintenance planning system for smaller property owners.
TAU: Collecting the latest knowledge on new technologies and best practices of the circular economy to be processed in common workshops with wood building industry.
SeAMK: Collect practical technical solutions for the wood building industry and encourage companies to develop new products, which promote a shift towards circular economy.
TFE: Map the state of the art how property owners use LCA as a tool to prolong building lifetime. Develop and suggest new models for the regional sector. Promote and support adaptation of LCA and circular economy approaches.
USBE: Provide insight and facilitate the advancement of contemporary business and governance models in value networks in relation to a circular economy.
