The programme provides international talents with competence development for Finnish working life, particularly various knowledge and skills which will equip them with must-know facts about Finnish and local working life and its expectations on job applicants and employees.

The Vaasa International Talents Programme is jointly arranged by five universities in Vaasa: University of Vaasa, Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu VAMK University of Applied Sciences, Novia University of Applied Sciences, Åbo Akademi University and Hanken School of Economics.
This joint effort falls under the operations of the Vaasa Consortium of Higher Education.
