| Kursspecifika kompetenser: | The student will be able to:
-take part in a multiprofessional team and create a natural caring relationship with the patient
-communicate with patients and colleagues in Swedish or Finnish, the main supervision will be carried out in Swedish or Finnish
-follow the general rules and routines in a working environment
-independently assess the patients caring needs, plan for interventions, as well as take part in the implementation of the plan and the evaluation of the given nursing care
-make decisions concerning the patients individual nursing care, under supervision and with increasing independence
-implement the nursing process for patients with multiple diseases
-document and give verbal reports of given nursing care, under supervision and with increasing independence
-understand the administration of a ward, perform necessary procedures when receiving and discharging a patient |
