Course-specific competence:	The student has basic knowledge in leadership and development methods within health care The student demonstrates knowledge about quality assurance within nursing The student knows how to act in a responsible manner when maintaining computer security The student can, in the position of a teamleader, make use of knowledge within nursing science as well as interdisciplinary knowledge in decision making The student is able to take initiative The student knows about career opportunities within the field of nursing The student has knowledge about organizational and social opportunities to influence developing nursing practice The student gains a deeper knowledge about social case management
