The student becomes familiar with national and international action programmes, as well as strategies and
resource strengthening methods related to health promotion work with different age groups
In contexts involving interprofessional collaboration, the student can under supervision plan, implement, assess and document resource promoting work at the individual, group and community level
The student gives guidance to individuals and groups on health promoting lifestyles
The student is able to plan, implement and assess safe medication management

Pediatric Nursing:
The student can under supervision plan, implement, assess and document the overall care of children and
adolescents
The student performs under supervision central nursing methods, clinical examinations and functional
measurements within care of children and adolescents
The student can under supervision plan, implement and assess safe medical management within the care of
children and adolescents
The student takes patient safety into consideration in the care of children and adolescents
The student applies resource promoting methods to health promotion work involving children, adolescents
and families as well as gives them guidance on health promoting lifestyles
