Course-specific competence: The student gains insight into the financial processes of an enterprise and is able to book different receipts and close the accounts. The student understands the interaction between the enterprise and the surrounding world and knows about the existing social possibilities to influence that may develop his/her own professional field. The student is able to analyse the market and understand how the result can be used in market planning. He/she is able to identify the special characteristics of the regions and its small businesses. The student is able to identify the client processes of an enterprise, understands the basic preconditions for the creation of client relationships and understands the principles for client-based operations. The student knows which factors affect consumption behaviour and shall be able to plan the marketing of a small enterprise taking into consideration its possibilities and possible client groups.
