Your IT account is created automatically in connection with you being registered in the study register Peppi.
After the registration, you will receive a message to your private email address containing information and instructions on how to activate your account.
The account is activated by logging on to Novia Self Service Portal with Finnish bank codes or a Finnish mobile certificate. You can reset your password via Novia Self Service Portal in case you forget it.
If you do not have Finnish bank codes, nor a Finnish mobile certificate, you can contact Student Services at email@example.com for further instructions on how to activate your account/reset your password
